Any organisation, or human culture, can be used by those who wish to bully and harass. The church is not immune to intimidation within, and beyond, its walls either.
We all know someone, or have been ourselves, intimidated by a bully or bullies. For those directly involved it is a harrowing and difficult time.
This collection pulls together content shared on the Hub and elsewhere, in order to begin to understand and deal with bullying behaviour in all its guises. There are links to discussions and resources and we’ll flag up the most pertinent.
You can always start a new discussion on bullying in the forums. General discussion is best begun around the Kitchen Table, but if you have a specific issue you need advice on, then head to the Surgery. You can add new resources, be they courses, books or something else, from within your forum post or in the resources section. Remember to 'tag' new content with bullying to make it easier to find.
