self-help for bereaved individuals,

wellbeing for employees.

It is regularly updated and accessible, free and provided for all.

A mine of resources for grief recovery, training, and support; online, in person, and by phone. Having lost my wife, team vicar job, and home due to a wrong-way driver abroad; plus, life-changing injuries, having such a resource, run by a fellow widow also in ministry was a welcome support. I recommend 'The Bereavement Course' in particular, taken alongside others is recommended.
